This warranty covers the structural and mechanical components in the home for 90 days from the inspection date or 22 days from the property closing, whichever is longer. Our Mold-Safe protection is a free warranty that is included with every mold inspection or testing. Rest assured, that if any mold is present, but not visible at the time of the inspection. You are covered up to $2,000.00 in remediation costs.
